  • 400 grams of potatoes
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 250 grams of sausage of your choice (or mix sausage and beef)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Fry potatoes and onions for a few minutes in butter and oil. Keep an eye on it and stir at regular intervals. Cut the meat into cubes and fry the meat in the frying pan in a little butter and oil together with the onion and potatoes. Leave in the frying pan for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft and crunchy. Season with salt and pepper and finally sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.
